Thank you to my mom for this tip...
Just fill the rinse aid compartment in your dishwasher with straight vinegar. The dishes dry completely and are totally spot free.
It works just as well as Jet Dry for a fraction of the cost. In fact, my mom has been using plain white vinegar for the last month, and she says it works even better than Jet Dry.

I'm trying this today with my load of dishes. I'll report back and let you know how they turn out! I was just complaining to my husband how our dishes have spots on them, so hopefully this will help.
I can't wait to try it myself. Have to wait for the Jet Dry to run out.
I gave up Jet Dry a few months ago and have been stumped since. Can't wait to try!!
