1 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise (regular, not light or nonfat)
garlic powder to taste
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Drain artichoke hearts.
- Mix all ingredients together, mashing the artichoke hearts as you mix.
- Place in a shallow dish, such as a tart pan.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
